My name’s Alex Brenock & I’m a senior at Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont.
I’m originally from Medway, Mass, which is this teeny tiny town about 45 minutes out of Boston. I have so many great friends there, but I’m so happy to be in Vermont!
Right now I am pursuing a major in Business Administration. I love the Saint Mike's business department because we have some amazing professors & my advisor is the bomb. I also love getting involved in extracurricular business competitions. Two years ago my team was awarded first place in top paper in the Saint Michael's Business Ethics Case Competition. In the past I also participated in the first annual Free Enterprise Olympics, held at SUNY Plattsburgh. I won first place in the preliminary speech contest at Saint Mike's, then joined a team of seniors in a creativity contest, in which we won first! It was a pretty fun experience.
I've also gotten involved in a lot of extracurriculars here at Saint Mike's. I'm in charge of the blog program, I'm a student blogger & I'm a weekly tour guide - I love helping prospective & incoming students! Through MOVE (our community service group) I've participated in a few community service events & I joined LBLS (Little Brother, Little Sister). I love being a "Big Sister" & it's so much fun to see my "little" every week.
I've also held a number of internships since starting at Saint Mike's - one at the Mass State House, one in a Congressional office, & one at the Mass Democratic Party. I've also volunteered on a Congressional campaign & I founded & ran a Saint Mike's chapter of a national online magazine, Her Campus SMCVT for two years.

1. I'm currently applying to grad school for a joint JD-MBA program, so send me some good vibes!
2. I'm 4'11" - let's just get it all out there, I am SHORT
3. In order to get anything done, I have to be busy! If I have all day to do homework, I WILL wait until midnight!
4. I'm obsessed with all things political
5. I am very organized - I love lists & sticky notes!
